Homeowners Association

Goldwire Heights Homeowners Association, Inc. was created on June 28, 2010 by the developer, New Start Neighborhoods.


The purpose of the Association is to acquire, own, manage, convey, and develop certain areas for common use located in Goldwire Heights and to enforce the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants.


All owners of Lots in Goldwire Heights are automatically members of the Association.


There are two parcels of land in Goldwire Heights that are identified on the map as “Common Area.”


The affairs of the Association are handled by a Board of Directors.


The original members of the Board of Directors appointed in 2010 are no longer active and Navigate assumes (although does not have definitive confirmation) that they have resigned from their service as Board Members.


On May 8, 2020, Navigate assumed the rights of the previous developer.


New Board Members, changes to the protective covenants, or dissolution of the Association requires approval of existing homeowners.
